Returns Policy

Due to the Wood Blinds supplied by us being Individually Manufactured and Made to your exact choice of design, size and Order Instructions we cannot accept any cancellation or returns.


We can only accept a returned Blind if it was damaged in delivery or manufacture. All damaged Parcels/Boxes must be clearly signed for as damaged at the time of delivery and confirmed to us to enable any issues to be quickly resolved. 


Any Wood Blinds that have manufacturing defects or do not operate correctly will of course be replaced as soon as possible after notification of the damage or fault.

Replacement Blinds will only be provided to exactly the same specification as the original Order.

Please do not order your Blinds if you are not sure on the suitability of your chosen Blind, Design, Colour or any other part of the ordering or delivery process.


Returns are not accepted for any reason unless the Blinds are supplied damaged.

All Blinds are individually Hand Made to Measure, securely packaged and are 100% checked at the Factory prior to delivery and are not dispatched from the Factory in a damaged condition.

Please sign for the delivery as 'damaged box' if packaging is damaged in any way.
