Delivery Policy


All Blind Orders are processed immediately on confirmation of your payment and are normally delivered within a 5-15 day period. We will contact you if any materials to make your Blind are out of stock which may lead to a delay in Delivery, we will either advise a new Delivery Date or discuss a possible alternative Wood Blind Slat Option.


All Blinds are 100 % Checked and securely packaged before being despatched by Courier, Delivery is normally on a next day delivery service by either DPD, DX Freight or TNT Couriers. We can also supply a tracking number for you to track your Delivery.


All Blinds will require a signiture by the Courier on Delivery. Please manage your delivery if you have received a text or email link from the Courier the link and please advise and leave a note to leave with a neighbour if you are unlikely to be at Home or you can arrange with the courier to collect from their depot.


Any Damaged Boxes or Parcels must be clearly signed for as damaged when signing for the Delivery with any Damage to your Blinds being notified as early as possible.

Damaged Blinds will be replaced on receiving a clear photograph image of the damage and clear indentifcation of the Blind, For minor issues a replacement part will be sent depending on the damage or faulty part and to resolve any issue as quickly as possible.
